Hi workingmama and geishawife, thank you for your interest, and I agree it is a shame that we cannot have a wider net. The rationale for recruiting from adult services was partly an assumption that decision-making processes are 'different' when working with adults whom may generally 'have capacity'....

Quite bummed out by the Royal Holloway response and very confused as to UCL's but when has this ever been a straightforward process for anyone huh!

Good luck to everyone due to have an interview this week and to those waiting to hear back.

I had my interview this morning and I'm really kicking myself, definitely did not sell myself :( the most basic question - re my skills - produced the ultimate brain fart! So disappointing.
