Re: Participants needed: clinical psychology & moral distress
Hi workingmama and geishawife, thank you for your interest, and I agree it is a shame that we cannot have a wider net. The rationale for recruiting from adult services was partly an assumption that decision-making processes are 'different' when working with adults whom may generally 'have capacity'....

I am recruiting clinical psychologists for my doctoral thesis, exploring how we navigate ethical dilemmas in clinical practice, and what happens when we encounter a tension between our values and institutional procedures. Criter...

Re: Where to live? UEL
Hi Lspayne25, Congratulations on your offer for a place at UEL - I'm also going to be in the 2018 UEL cohort :) I have lived in London for 4 years now and did my masters at UEL too so I thought I might be able to offer some input here. You'll know from the interview that the psychology department fo...

Quite bummed out by the Royal Holloway response and very confused as to UCL's but when has this ever been a straightforward process for anyone huh!
Hmm. Anyway, 2nd time applying (first time I was a naive fetus), first year with an interview.

Re: ranking of university matters?
hi all! thank you so much for all your thoughtful replies; this really is the loveliest community :D part of my apprehension is that this MSc does not "have full British Psychological Society accreditation" BUT my (2:1) BSc Psychology does, I have my GBC status, so will this matter? I just...
