I was there on the day and it was really thought provoking - I would recommend Mark Browns talk espescially as something to really get you thinking about the wider context of our work, and Jacqui Dillon is always fantastic :)

Re: DCP full membership... rejection??

I've never heard anything like that?! I dont see any benefit that it would bring :S it might be something to do with the charter/some rule somewhere which the BPS/DCP can be a bit rigid on sometimes...

Might be worth giving Richard Pemberton or Jamie H-H a shout on twitter, see what they think?

Re: Miliband pledge to end long-term unpaid internships

one particular proposal from one party will mean if and when enacted. this being the main thing - pre-elections promises and manifestos need to be taken with a heavy pinch of salt! (and if it does start to be discussed - talk to your local MP with your concerns and see if they will bring it up...)

Re: Formulation in neuropsychology

This is incredibly vague, but I'm sure there is a formulation model developed by a team in Newcastle (I think?!) for TBI that might be useful. Of course I can't remember the name of it and am struggling to google, but I will have a rummage through my files at some point and see if I can find it- or...
