The character limit DOES include spaces AND when you use enter to separate paragraphs. This is different to how word calculates characters....I should know I got down to 1800 characters in word but it wouldn't copy all of it over to the form because of the different ways of measuring characters..jus...

I was in this situation, but like some others have said, i did not know i was first reserve until the day before the interview! you are in a good position knowing that you are first reserve!
