You are invited to participate in a study about the effects of brief mindfulness meditation on psychological distress and academic engagement in online university students. This study is being carried out by an undergraduate student as part of their final research project at the University of Derby, UK. Participation in the study will involve completing an online form where you will be asked to answer questions about how you are currently feeling and your academic engagement. After this, you will be asked to watch a video and re-take the questionnaires. This should last no longer than 30-40 minutes however it may take more or less time depending on your answers.

Participants must be 18 or over, a university student studying online and not have a history or current diagnosis of a mental disorder.
