Reserve Lists for places 2012

I've noticed a few people have asked questions about this in a couple of areas so I figured I'd start a thread so any questions/answers could be posted in the same place. I'm not sure about others (on Manchester reserve) but I'd imagine we're all wondering:
How long the reserve list is
Where we are on the list
How much the list tends to move

It's a loooong time until June!

I know this is a general thread for info on reserve lists but I am with the majority of others on here who would be interested in finding out more about the Manchester list. Thanks in advance to anyone out there with specialist knowledge on the Manc reserve list...

Dr P said in the other thread that she is pulling out of the Manchester reserve list, due to promotion (well dont Dr P by the way!). So at least the reserve has moved one...even if we are clueless as to where we are LoL!

I am on the reserve list at Leicester. I told myself that I wouldn't get caught up on this forum but I can't help myself. I am trying to resist the urge to keep calling as I understand that a lot of the interviews haven't happened yet. Perhaps there will be more movement at the end of this month?

Hi reserve-list for places club!

I am joining you as I eagerly await from Exeter.

So far I haven't actually read the letter, just about made out that I was on the reserve list, and to email to confirm i would like to be on it via some very bad signal on the telephone to my poor flatmate. I've emailed Exeter to confirm I want to be on it. So that's my update. Never been in the reserve-list club before, not even for an interview, so lets have some fun as I've heard this can be a very irriating place to be

Hi everyone! I'm on the reserve list for Teesside University (8th at the moment). What an unsettling place to be. Do universities normally see a lot of movement on reserve lists?

From what I've heard, the degree of movement fluctuates from year to year. Apparently, some courses have seen it move over 20 places, with others not moving at all.
