First year applying so was trying not to get hopes up and not expect anything, easier said that done though! First 'no' hurts a bit!

Sorry to hear that :( A rejection at any stage can sting a little even when you are tying not to get your hopes up. But thank you (and everyone else above) for taking the time to post on here - I think if offers other applicants a better sense of how results are distributed every year. Best of luck with the other three!

I agree! Even if you tell yourself a hundred times over that clinical psych is so competitive and you try desperately not to get your hopes up...rejection still is hurtful! Positively however, we still have hope...three more to go! You never know!! Good luck all x

Congratulations! I think this is my fourth year and I recognise it gets tough...my hope is for at least 2 interviews this year, as I've only had the 1 in the last couple of years. A reserve is hopeful mind and I sure wouldn't mind one of those too!

Plus with Essex being such a small cohort, you have done really well. I hope it notes for you! :-D

Anyone else surprised not to have heard from Manchester or Lancaster yet? Manchester should be before 1st march, and I expected Lancaster ok-ish soon given its online test format.
First year applying, I've resisted posting on here so far as im first year applicant and have had no replies yet, but...

Trent
Lancaster
Manchester
Liverpool

good luck all, xx

Well surrey are the first interviews and looks like no one has heard from them yet, I am waiting on Oxford which are some of the first ones too, the waiting is the first bit!! Hopefully we would have heard by the end of the week for the interviews in March, probably a good thing as we have less time to panic.
