Preparing a One Page Profile

Post by Opetha » Sat Feb 09, 2019 4:29 pm

Hello everyone!

I've been asked to prepare a One Page Profile "that outlines the things that are important TO you e.g. people, hobbies, interests, activities and things that are important FOR you e.g. what helps you unwind, what keeps you organised at work, what keeps you healthy."
(Ref - www.helensandersonassociates.co.uk/pers ... e-profiles)

Has anyone here completed a one page profile themselves? I'd be really interested to chat with you.

Thanks,

Hi Opetha,

We use them in my setting a fair amount and I have created quite a few with service users, as well as creating one for myself.
Feel free to message me or post here with any queries.
Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here.
