Does anyone know when the proposed start date is? Haven’t heard anything from HR yet, feel like I should be doing something!

What was the process following you being offered a place as a trainee? In terms of HR contacting etc, feel like I should be doing something! Am worried about expected start date and notice at work etc.
Re: Ucl PWP 2019
It seems like we just have to wait until HR contact us. Which is not great for people’s anxieties because that could be a while. But I know that the UCL application should change to conditional offer at some point! Prob when they’ve contacted everyone.ap20g14678 wrote: ↑Fri Jul 12, 2019 9:21 amDoes anyone know when the proposed start date is? I believe the start date Is the very start of October. So I’m going to hold back about telling work until HR contact me

Re: Ucl PWP 2019
I finally got my offer yesterday!! I can't be happier.
I am in the same position, I don't know how to manage this... Is it safe to assume that the position is mine? could something happen yet? :S

Has anyone been offered a place at either Barking or Waltham Forest? Those were my preferences. Also, congratulation for everyone who successfully secured a place for themselves. Well done!
Re: Ucl PWP 2019
Can see a lot of anxieties from those who have been offered a place. Don't worry, they won't change their minds and nothing is wrong. I had to wait 2-3 weeks before I heard anything. It takes time.
Also, anyone interview at Bromley today or have one on Monday? We're taking on 5 trainees this year.

2-3 weeks. Gosh that is a while. Did the UCL Portal change from ‘application under assessment’?
Re: Ucl PWP 2019
I don't think there is any need to worry about HR letters and the portal, as long as we have had that offer we are safe I would assume. NHS take a long time in getting this kind of stuff going from my experience working in the NHS so far! But they wouldn't offer it and then change their mind- it also seems that more people have I interviews coming up so I would assume the portals won't change until everyone has their final offer
so excited to get started though!

Re: Ucl PWP 2019
Every NHS job I've ever had took a few weeks to process. Plus some services are still interviewing next week I imagine once that's all done and they've selected the candidates UCL will update the portal. Congrats all and good luck to those interviewing next week.
