UCL PWP February intake. Any news?

Post by mrswottinger » Wed Nov 06, 2019 12:09 pm

I've applied to do the UCL PWP trainee course starting next February, I selected Sutton and Croydon. Has anyone heard anything yet? My application still says 'under assessment'

I selected Bromley and Croydon and was invited for an interview with Bromley on Thursday. Think interviews are this week and next week

In what way did it go awfully? Were the questions nothing like you expected?

Yeah, not what I anticipated or prepped for! Which may have been the point entirely. Oh well, I know what to anticipate in the future now :) - I hope yours goes well next week!

Hi? What questions were you asked? If you don’t mind me asking.

They may not mind but it is against forum rules to ask about specific interview questions.

13.) Do not solicit or provide specific questions or tasks used in job interviews or clinical course selection procedures. Do not solicit or provide past application forms, essays or coursework. It is against forum rules to undermine the selection process for any course or job, or to use the forum to gain information rather than doing your own work for academic courses or within your employment. We believe in an even playing field and that employers and courses should be able to choose what is in the public domain about their selection process and what is not. We also want to retain a good relationship with course centres and employing organisations, and our CP colleagues. Do your own homework. Use the search facility, check google and other obvious sources and don't expect others to spoon feed you. If you ask a question about something you need to write or present for a course, job application or selection process give your own views first, and don't be surprised if other users don't reply in the way that you would want.

Good luck to everyone who hasn't had an interview yet. Mine is on Friday. I'm trying to anticipate questions- Safeguarding will definitely be in there, I know that. Also thinking about my work experience and situations I have been in. Will try and be reflective!
