Wanted: Wiki reviewers
Wanted: Wiki reviewers
I want to update the wiki entries and check that none of the links are broken. So if you have a few minutes, why not check one for us? If you do 10 you can join the forum volunteers team and get to join the hidden section for team members and help us organise other things on the forum.
The task is to have a look at each wiki entry. Does it still cover the topic? Do the links work? Is there anything that can be added to make it better? Have we had a discussion on the forum about the same topic from which content could be compiled to add to the wiki? Should it be cross-linked to other wiki entries, sources or supporting information?
We need to check them all, but my priority is to catch the oldest wiki entries that haven't yet been checked and updated. One option is to open a wiki section and then work from the bottom upward. Another is to click through from the index below to posts that don't have any review date marked (but also check the last updated date on the bottom of the wiki entry, as some have probably been updated but not marked on this list). If you want to make any changes, use the quote feature and then edit the content before posting your reply. Let me know in this thread any that you check so I can update the list and compile your changes back into the wiki format.
I'd also like a volunteer to check that all wiki entries are on the alphabetical index to the wiki here. And of course, if there are any wiki entries that you'd like to see which are not there, please let us know or start writing one so that other people can contribute until it is a finished reference point.
